The Three Phases of Our Process
There are many details during the creation of a custom concrete piece,
we walk with you the entire time to refine and perfect every single detail.
1. The Design + Plan Phase
If you are outside of the DFW Metroplex we reach out via phone to learn all the details about your project and give you our recommendations. You receive a Proposal within 48 hrs. of our phone consultation.
If you are in the DFW Metroplex we welcome you at our ShopHouse. At the ShopHouse you are able to see designs, feel our concrete, compare our colors, and more. You go home with our color swatches that serve as beautiful custom hand made coasters, and receive a Proposal within 48 hrs. of your visit.
2. The Project Management Phase
After you receive and review the Proposal, now you are ready to move forward.
Entering this phase requires three easy steps*:
1. You will accept the Proposal and provide extra information for your project
2. You will Pay the Deposit
3. You will Sign a Contract
*These three steps can be conveniently completed from the comfort of your home, office or mobile device.
Once these steps are complete we schedule site measuring (if needed) and finalize all additional specs.
3. The Fabrication Phase
Your project has now entered our production queue!
In other words, we are hands-on, rolling up our sleeves and getting our hands dirty (literally with concrete!) so you can have an awesome one-of-a-kind piece you will forever love!
When your custom piece is in the final process of the Fabrication phase we will contact you to schedule pickup/delivery.
